Fencing

Take up the gauntlet and discover fencing - a sport with noble roots dating back to the late Middle Ages. This modern initiation is all about strategy, focus and respect.

Combining physical challenge with mental acuity, this workshop offers your group a unique and exclusive experience.

Activity content

Under the guidance of an ex-pro fencer, you will be introduced to the elegance and refined technique that elevate fencing to an Olympic art.

After learning the basic techniques, it's time to take on your peers in the duel. Which team achieves the most victories? Masks on ... and guard!

Goals & skills

  • Respectful interaction: In fencing, sportsmanship is key, regardless of the outcome. Winning is nice, but showing respect makes you a fencer.
  • Quick & tactical thinking: Fencing is a flashy sport and every second counts. Plan your strategy in advance and learn to make quick adjustments when it doesn't work!
  • Peer learning: Learning a new set of techniques is challenging for everyone. Motivate your colleagues with positive feedback and smart tutoring.

Customized Impact

  • The program can be completely tailored to the needs of the group. Intensity is determined based on your physical condition. Please let us know your preferences:
    • Are you going full on action?
    • Prefer to focus more on the background of fencing?
  • Individual competition, teamwork or an exciting mix of both?

We tailor the experience to your needs!
